1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Cancellation within 7 days of enrollment (before course commencement)
  • Course cancellation by Quest Capital Institute
  • Technical issues preventing course access for more than 7 days
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors

Partial Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellation within 15 days of course start (50% refund)
  • Medical emergency with valid documentation (case-by-case basis)
  • Job relocation outside service areas (with proof)

No Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation after 15 days of course commencement
  • Completion of more than 25% of course content
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Failure to attend classes without prior notice
  • Personal reasons or change of mind after course start

  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Cash Payments: 10-15 business days (bank transfer)

3. Course-Specific Refund Policies

Complete Stock Market Master Course

  • 7-day full refund period from enrollment
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days of course start
  • No refund after accessing 25% of course materials
  • Live session recordings access revoked upon refund

Complete Forex Market & Crypto Course

  • 7-day full refund period from enrollment
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 15 days
  • No refund after participating in live trading sessions
  • Market analysis tools access revoked upon refund

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Payment receipt/transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

5. Cancellation Policy

Student-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Must be requested in writing (email or written application)
  • Effective from the date of written request
  • Refund eligibility based on timing and course progress
  • All course materials must be returned (if applicable)

Institute-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Full refund provided within 7 business days
  • Alternative course options offered
  • Advance notice provided when possible
  • Compensation for any inconvenience caused

6. Transfer and Rescheduling Policy

Course Transfer Options:

  • Batch Transfer: Free transfer to next available batch (within 6 months)
  • Course Transfer: Transfer to different course (price difference applicable)
  • Location Transfer: Transfer between our 4 locations (subject to availability)
  • Mode Transfer: Switch between online and offline modes (one-time only)

7. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency:

Refunds considered on case-by-case basis with valid medical documentation.

  • Medical certificate from registered practitioner required
  • Minimum 30-day treatment period documentation
  • Alternative: Course freeze for up to 6 months

Technical Issues:

Full refund if technical problems prevent course access for extended periods.

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours
  • Our technical team must confirm the problem
  • Alternative solutions attempted first
